Sealed Drawn cup type needle roller bearing with open end including two rubber seals 30mm inside x 37mm outside x 16mm wide.

Due to the thin walled outer cup and the design without an inner ring, drawn cup needle roller bearings have extremely small radial dimensions. They have high load carrying capacity, are suitable for high speeds and are particularly easy to fit.

Drawn cup needle roller bearings require a hardened and ground bearing raceway on the shaft. If the shaft cannot be used as a raceway, they can be combined with inner rings IR or LR.

The lip seals give protection against contamination, spray water and the loss of lubricant. Sealed bearings are greased with lithium complex soap grease to GA08.

For textile machinery ,needle bearings can packed with oil or oil-mist lubrication,is this ways ,the bearings can with high speed and lower noise for heavy-duty or high-speed applications.
