How To Repair Aluminium Sliding Door Wheel?

1. Lift the door upwards, put your hand into the lower aluminium frame and press it. Keep the pulley down and lift the door out of the track.

2. Use a wrench to remove the pulley height to  adjustment screw to remove the lower pulley.

3. Putting the new slide wheel into the slot,  screw to align the holes and screw.

4. Keep same depth of both side slding wheels as the picture to adjust the height of the door.

5. Fixing upper pulley screw into the aluminium profile to a certain depth, and then snap the upper pulley into the screw

6. Tighten and fixed screw of the upper pulley

7. After the pulley is installed, put the door into the track. If the door is inclined, you can use a wrench to adjust the height adjustment screw, turn clockwise is up ,  turn counterclockwise is down .
