High Temperature PTFE Bearing
PTFE high temperature and corrosion resistant plastic bearings.
PTFE and PI are plastic bearings with good mechanical strength, dimensional stability and high temperature resistance among all known engineering plastics.
PTFE bearing can work at temperature reaches 260 ℃, and the PI material can work temperature at 300 ℃, and it has excellent corrosion resistance, and can still operate freely in a medium-strength acid-base corrosion environment.
Generally used for making outer ring material PTFE or PI, the ball is usually Zro2 or Si3N4 ceramic ball. PTFE bearings can carry precision operation in harsh environments.
