How to correctly install non-standard bearings?

There are many types of non-standard bearings.Such as non-standard size bearing ,non-standard shape bearing ( U groove ,V groove ,round groove ,H groove bearing pulley ) ,we also can produce custom made bearings in material ,such as produce bearings with stainless steel, plastic, ceramic etc. such as extend inner ring, the outer ring coated, the outer ring slotted, etc., the common ones are nothing more than the above. Although the installation conditions of non-standard bearings are not very strict, but also pay attention to some details.

Before installation, be sure to check the surface of the non-standard bearings for attachments, scratches, sand, rust and other phenomena. If so, please clean them in time. Because those attachments and scratches will grind the surface of the non-standard bearing inner ring, resulting in bearing damage. The erosion situation is serious, so be sure to carry out an all-round inspection of the motor shaft and mounting base hole before installation. If there is dirt or damage, it must be produced and processed before installing the rolling bearing. There are also some standards, such as whether the inner and outer surfaces of the condyles are cleaned or smooth. If not cleaned, the rolling bearings will be replaced during the application period.

Although the installation of non-standard rolling bearings is very simple, environmental factors are very central to the key points. In doing these tasks, the service life of non-standard rolling bearings can be increased.
