Bearing working temperature

In the relevant standards for bearings, there is no relevant limit on the temperature of the bearing, but in some standards for water pumps, the use of water pump bearings is limited, that is: "During the pump operation, the maximum bearing temperature does not exceed Celsius 80 degrees ",

Another example: In the Japanese NSK bearing manual, the limit temperature of our company's bearings is 120 degrees;

Another example: JB / T50013-2000 "Rolling Bearing Life and Reliability Test Regulations" Article 5 test conditions, item 5.4 stipulates: When the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing is greased, the temperature should not exceed 80 ℃; 95 ° C.

The above-mentioned are ordinary bearings. For high-temperature bearings using high-carbon chromium bearing steel, the operating temperature is allowed to work in the range of 150 ° C ~ 350 ° C.
